RAW Personal and Small Group Training

The average adult will try to lose weight four times this year. DON'T BE AVERAGE. Do it once. Do it right.

Private Training

Your personalized training program is built with science and delivered with passion. Weight loss, performance enhancement or simply living & feeling better are achieved through your one-on-one training. 

What you get:

  • 55 minute private training session
  • Dynamic, functional training, cardio, HIIT, core, full-body, weights - we'll keep your body guessing for maximum results

Whatever your goals, private fitness training will give you knowledge, confidence in your movement, discipline, motivation and inspiration. You’ll learn what’s really important. And what’s not. You’ll be inspired. You’ll get stronger. You’ll learn to trust yourself. You’ll gain confidence and an awareness of your body. And tap the potential within you. Best of all, you’ll see results!

 

Private training sessions can be purchased individually, or in packs of four, eight, or twelve.  

Partner & Small Group Training

It’s been shown that working out with another person pushes you harder, and sometimes private training just isn't an option, so grab a buddy (or three!) and let's get moving!

What you get:

  • Individual attention at a lesser cost
  • The accountability of working out with a friend
  • Dynamic, functional training, cardio, HIIT, core, full-body, weights - we'll keep your body guessing for maximum results
  • Fun, entertaining, and results-oriented approach - and we get to add partner exercises to the mix!
  • Modifications and progressions offered so you and your friend don’t have to be at the same fitness level

For those who want to build strength, feel healthier, lose fat and or gain muscle, Our Classes deliver results.

We offer two distinct types of classes: Training for Warriors and Group X. Both are included in our membership.

 

Training For Warriors

The TFW system began as a fitness program originally created for some of the best combat athletes in the world more than 15 years ago. Today, the training methods of the TFW system can benefit anyone looking to lose fat, build muscle and feel good. TFW is taught by a global network of affiliated coaches and trainers that run the TFW system at licensed TFW locations.  Now with over 250 affiliate locations in 30 countries, thousands of people per day are using the TFW system to bring his or her fitness to another level in order to fight this battle called life.

Whatever your current fitness level, TFW can help you. Even though TFW once increased the performance and self-esteem of the world’s top athletes, anyone can benefit from the TFW system.  At TFW we believe you are a warrior too. TFW defines a warrior as anyone prepared to work hard, develop oneself and take on his or her particular challenges in life. The fun and exciting workouts of the TFW system are designed to help you develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude needed to take on those challenges and reach your fitness goals.

Any gym can have equipment and offer workouts. What separates the TFW system from other training programs is its culture. Although TFW encompasses signature warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all based on a comprehensive evaluation process, the most important component of the system is its motivational approach and family environment.  At TFW, we know if you don’t have fun and enjoy the training, you won’t do it.  TFW is not designed as a sport or competition, but focuses on you competing against and bettering your body, mind and spirit.

RAWbox

Our signature kickboxing format, using gloves & a heavybag under red lights. Cardio? Sure, you'll be breathing heavy. Cardio kickbox? Um, no. Like nothing you've ever experienced.

BODYSHRED

A high intensity and endurance based 30 minute workout utilizing 3-2-1 intervals:

  • 3 minutes of strength
  • 2 minutes of cardio
  • 1 minute of abs

Your heart rate stays between 65% & 95% of maximum intensity for the entire 30 minutes. 

This is a 30-minute class because, if done right, you don't need to work for longer!


RAWstrength

30 minutes of intentional, slow, steady lifting to sculpt and define every single muscle.

No cardio or intervals in RAWStrength. Just slow, slow burn.


Rage in the Cage

Let's RAGE.

Finish your work week with a little zing in your yin & bang in your yang! This class is a little bit light and a whole lotta dark.  30 minutes of functional movement using all types of fitness equipment, followed by 30 minutes of RAWbox.   You never know what RAW Training Center will throw your way during this hour.


BlackOps

Welcome to the underground! This 60 minute dark, daring, adrenaline ignitingclass will challenge your Warrior Within and take you to your edge! Working with unconventional methods of fitness you will prepare yourself for the battle field of Life! Let no tire, sledge hammer, smash ball, barricade, tunnel, pit, wall, sled, rope or concrete jungle get in your way!


Strapped

This 60 minute class utilizes the TRX Suspension Trainer to strengthen your core, burn fat, gain muscle and find more flexibility/mobility. 


Build a Butt

Spend one hour per week focusing only on your booty! We'll use bars, bells, straps, bodyweight and more to create a sculpted, lifted and strong backside!


Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Information coming soon!  One FAMILY yoga class per week will be scheduled!

Preparing for the stage can be a confusing and daunting process.
We've been there.

Preparing for the stage can be a confusing and daunting process. Which show? Which class? How long do you need? What do you eat? When? How do you workout? How do you EVEN BEGIN to get your body to look that way?

I've been there! And with my competition prep services I will be there for you too! I'll hold your hand every step of the way, from deciding which earrings to wear, to carefully planned and controlled macro meal-plans, you'll be covered.

Together we'll get you comfortable, confident and strong on stage!

Competition prep includes:

  • Contest Nutrition Plan

Nutrition adjustments are made weekly, after pictures are delivered from client, up to and through the day of the contest. After-contest nutrition plan is also included

  • Vitamin/Supplement plans, guidance and suggestions

I have a long list of supplements we believe in! Specific supplements are recommended on an individual client basis.

  • Bodystat Monitoring & Recording

Body fat and inch measurements as needed to help monitor progress

  • Posing Classes

Group posing classes offered once per week. I will attend class with you and ensure you are progressing.

One on one work with me is also available to ensure you are on point

  • Posing Routine 

I will help you create a routine that best suits your body, highlights your strong points and minimizes your weaknesses

  • Water Schedule

Daily intake amount, depletion & cutting for show day, as well as reloading & post show consumption

  • Mental Game Coaching

Keeping you on point even when the going gets tough.  I am there for support, knowledge, and guidance as I coach you through your show prep experience

  • Assistance/recommendations/referrals on the following, (not limited to):

Competition suit fit, color and maker. Hairstyle, length, & color, etc...Makeup, nail length & color, waxing & hair removal. Skin conditioning,  tanning application, color & scheduling

  • Post Show Prep

This is the most important time for your body to grow and make changes. This is also when your body is most susceptible to large weight gains and unhealthy habits.  I will supply you with full programing (nutrition/water/training) to cover the first 4 weeks post show. Not enough coaches or athletes focus on post show prep.  This is where gains are made, health is preserved, and a lifestyle is maintained. 

  • Prep Disclaimer Information

Competitors will have one year from the start of the prep, (first payment/scheduled date) to compete and complete the prep.

If a contest is not competed in within the year, then additional fees may be required

If a competitor fails to complete 2 or more preps and does not compete in a show, the contest prep will be discontinued & a new contest prep will need to be purchased

  •  Other Notes

I truly strive to make prep as smooth as possible. I will be sending email updates throughout the prep to share information and important aspects of your prep.  I will communicate consistently to ensure you are progressing exactly as needed. I will make sure you, the client, have as much information and knowledge as possible going into your show. I support, teach, coach, and make myself available to my athletes. You will not prep alone.

 I expect clients to work with me to ensure they follow their plan specifically and to the detail.  'Cheating' is extremely limited while in contest prep.   Perfection and excellence do not allow for it… neither do I.

Cost:  

Women's Bikini & Figure classes: $1200 for a 12 week prep. cycle

If we agree that less time is needed cost will be adjusted accordingly.
